always been a little jealous of people who find one niche and just stay there
over the last 8 years i went from producing electronic music
to trading full time
to building a business
and honestly, i’m grateful for all of it
but it also made content feel harder
because i don’t just care about one thing
right now my mind is mostly on:
markets
ai / tech
business
art / music
philosophy
psychology
history
and even that still doesn’t cover it all
feels like i care about too many things and have too few things i can talk about without going beyond the scope of this account

it’s been a few months since i pivoted away from mainly talking about crypto trading, yet most of my DM requests are still filled with CEX/DEX partnership offers
i respect the hustle, but all of this cold outreach is completely irrelevant to me
not sure if it will ever stop

many people call ai content slop, but a better way is to filter the noise
we were headed towards automation and ai is simply a tool that accelerated the process
skill of identifying what matters in a noisy environment will always carry you far
the mistake would be to blindly label everything as “bad”, while mindlessly consuming brainrot anyway
the edge is in having:
- sharper taste
- better judgment
- stronger filters
those who learn how to filter noise without filtering out value will keep extracting while everyone else drowns in volume

When I was younger, my parents always nudged me to spend less time on the screen and go outside more often.
Back when the internet was still wired.
I didn’t understand them.
To me, the internet felt like an entire world. Bigger than the one outside and much more interesting.
I thought they just didn’t get it.
Now I don’t think that way anymore.
The internet back then was a much friendlier place. People were the same, but incentives were different.
It was mostly forums and small communities.
Corners of the web you had to find.
You weren’t being pulled in… you had to choose to go there.

modern life is strange
we have more comfort than ever
more food
more screens
more noise
more ways to escape
but still feel empty
still tired
still lost
still alone
everything is “easier”
but nothing feels that way
we can reach anyone
but real connection feels impossible
we have endless things to watch, buy, eat, chase
but it still feels like something is missing
maybe we did this to ourselves
and now we act surprised by the outcome

attention was never meant to be constantly occupied.
it was meant to pulse.
> focus
> release
> reflection
> wandering
> re-engagement
that is a healthy rhythm.
modern feeds flatten that rhythm into one endless state of low-grade consumption.
you are never fully focused, never fully resting, never fully bored, never fully satisfied. just mildly stimulated, over and over.
and after enough repetition, silence starts to feel wrong.
maybe you should stop treating every moment of consciousness as something that must be filled.
sometimes staring at the wall is closer to mental health than opening

"touch grass" and "go outside" sounds shallow until you realize what it actually means
return to physical reality before abstraction consumes your sense of being alive
