Two Iran-Linked Tankers Transit Strait of Hormuz Before US-Iran Agreement

According to Bloomberg, two Iran-linked tankers transited the Strait of Hormuz on Friday, June 13, ahead of the US-Iran peace agreement set to reopen the waterway. Ship-tracking data shows the fuel tankers Musik and Argo Maris activated their transponders while passing through the chokepoint. Musik remains within the strait, while Argo Maris has entered the Gulf of Oman but remains within the US blockade line extending from Oman's eastern tip to the Iran-Pakistan border.
