Iran and U.S. Agree to Memorandum Including Sanctions Lift and Military Withdrawal

According to Iran's Mehr News Agency, on June 12, Iran and the U.S. agreed to a memorandum of understanding that includes U.S. commitment to lift sanctions, withdraw troops from Iran's vicinity, and end the naval blockade. The agreement also covers reopening the Strait of Hormuz, canceling oil sanctions, and releasing Iran's frozen assets.
