China's EV Charging Facilities Hit 23.057M Units by June 2026, Up 43.2% Year-Over-Year

According to the National Energy Administration, as of the end of June 2026, China's electric vehicle charging infrastructure reached 23.057 million units, representing a year-over-year increase of 43.2%, per the national charging facility monitoring platform. Public charging facilities totaled 5.009 million units, up 22.3% from the prior year, while private charging infrastructure surged to 18.048 million units, growing 50.4% year-over-year.
