Just saw the FactSet report data on non-farm wage growth at the beginning of the year—up about 75 thousand, but the growth is very moderate. The labor market expansion is underway, but it seems still cautious and stable, with no significant surge expected.
Interestingly, looking at this trend, I started thinking about content creator salaries, which are also growing. If the traditional job market is growing slowly, many are even shifting to the creative economy. Content creator salaries on major platforms are becoming competitive, especially with the increasing demand for content.
So, this is like two different worlds—classic employment grows cautiously, while content creator and other digital worker salaries are starting to rise faster. The market is adapting, and this shift could be an important signal for future investment strategies.
