Just figured out how to get Freeman's Lost Treasure in Skull and Bones and honestly it's way more involved than I expected. So basically you need to hunt down pirates hanging around Sainte-Anne at the start - they've got rumors about this treasure but you gotta pay them Silver to talk. That kicks off this whole investigation chain under your Knowledge tab. The grind is real though. You're doing seven separate investigations scattered all over the map, from the Western Basin near Africa all the way to the East Indies. Some pop up naturally when you talk to pirates, others only unlock after you push through the main story. Takes patience but each one gives you clues that piece together the puzzle. Once you've done all seven, your journal basically tells you to head to Bukit Candi Outpost in the East Indies. There's this grave spot with a red beam coming out of the ground - pretty hard to miss. Dig it up and boom, Freeman's Lost Treasure is yours. The payoff? You get the Iron Will cosmetic, 10,000 Silver, plus materials like Akaba, Zinc Ingot, Juniper Plank, Sheet Glass and Screw Mechanisms. Definitely worth the time investment if you're into the exploration side of the game. Not gonna lie, hunting for Freeman's Lost Treasure felt like actual pirate work.
