xAI Launches Agent Dashboard for Grok Build to Manage Multiple Parallel Coding Sessions

According to Beating, xAI has released Agent Dashboard, a new terminal control panel for its Grok Build coding agent. Developers can activate the dashboard by typing the slash command /dashboard or using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+\ within an active coding session, or by running grok dashboard directly in the terminal.

The dashboard features a card-based terminal interface that consolidates monitoring and management of multiple parallel Grok Build sessions in a single screen. It displays all active, idle, and waiting-for-input tasks with their respective durations. To resolve synchronization bottlenecks in multi-agent collaboration, when a sub-agent requires human confirmation or input, the related session automatically appears at the top. Developers can preview sub-task outputs and reply directly in the dashboard without switching terminal windows. The panel also supports grouping tasks by working directory using Ctrl+S and collapsing sub-agents under parent tasks.
