U.S. Senate Passes 50-48 Resolution Requiring Trump to End Iran Military Operations on June 23

According to Jin10, the U.S. Senate passed a resolution on June 23 requiring President Trump to end military operations against Iran in a 50-48 vote. The resolution mandates that any future military action against Iran must obtain congressional authorization before proceeding.

Four Republican senators voted in favor alongside most Democratic senators, while two Republican senators were absent from the vote. The resolution had previously been approved by the House.
