The company raised its full-year capital expenditure guidance to $60–64 billion and pledged to expand investments in the United States. Gross margin reached a record 67.7%, while high-performance computing accounted for 66% of revenue, up 20% quarter-over-quarter, driven by continued AI demand. The 2-nanometer process contributed 3% of wafer revenue. Despite post-earnings volatility, analysts generally view the pullback as a buying opportunity rather than a sign of fundamental deterioration.
