Thoma Bravo Founder Says AI Will Help Junior Workers Mature Faster Amid Youth Job Crisis

According to CNBC, Thoma Bravo founder Orlando Bravo said on Tuesday at the SuperReturn conference in Berlin that AI will help junior associates develop faster by automating routine work, allowing them to focus on higher-level business activities. "They're spending a lot less time doing models or comparables than before. Now they really get into investing and operations in a much bigger way," Bravo stated. His comments come amid growing concerns about youth employment, with the UK reporting over one million young people not in education, employment, or training in the first four months of 2026, and AI-related layoffs surpassing 50,000 in the U.S. during 2025.
