Spot gold declined 1.10% to $4,210.35 per ounce during New York's closing on Thursday, June 18, after reaching an intraday high of $4,329.87 at 10:13 Beijing time. COMEX gold futures fell 3.41% to $4,232.00 per ounce. Spot silver dropped 3.27% to $65.7071 per ounce, while COMEX silver futures declined 3.09% to $66.385 per ounce.
