SpaceX IPO Swells to $85.7B as Underwriters Exercise Full Greenshoe Option

Underwriters of SpaceX's record initial public offering fully exercised their greenshoe option on Friday, raising total proceeds to $85.7 billion from the initial $75 billion. The overallotment exercise added 83.3 million shares, bringing total shares sold to approximately 639 million at $135 each. Founder Elon Musk stated the company could achieve roughly $1 trillion in revenue by 2030.
