According to Odaily, South Korea's Financial Services Commission released a revised AI guideline on June 18, effective June 22 for all financial institutions and FinTech companies. On June 22, the Korea Financial Supervisory Service will simultaneously release an AI risk management framework, while the Financial Security Institute will publish AI security guidelines. The government also plans to ease cybersecurity segregation requirements and refine data anonymization procedures.
