SK Hynix ADR Debuts on NYSE at $149 Per Share, Raises 40 Trillion Won on July 10

According to Money Today, SK Hynix's American Depositary Receipts (ADR) began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 10, with an IPO price set at $149 per share, equivalent to approximately 223.2 million Korean won—2.5% higher than the previous day's domestic closing price of 218.6 million won. The company raised 40 trillion won through the ADR issuance, which received bids exceeding seven times the offered volume.

Domestic shares of SK Hynix rose 0.87% to 220.5 million won on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) by late morning, though they briefly peaked at 230.5 million won and fell to 216.6 million won during intraday trading. Foreign investors were net sellers of 1.82 trillion won of SK Hynix domestic shares, accounting for approximately three times the overall foreign net selling on KOSPI.
