According to Bloomberg, SK Hynix completed its U.S. American Depositary Receipt offering on July 10, raising $26.5 billion at $149 per share. The company issued 177.9 million ADRs with subscription demand exceeding seven times, surpassing Alibaba to become the third-largest IPO in U.S. history, behind only Alibaba's $25 billion record. Demand from investors reached approximately $200 billion.
