According to The Kobeissi Letter, six major tech firms—Amazon, Alphabet, Nvidia, Meta, Oracle, and SpaceX—issued a record $182 billion in investment-grade bonds year-to-date as of July 10, 2026, surging 1,300% from approximately $13 billion in the same period of 2025.

These six companies accounted for nearly 15% of total U.S. corporate bond issuance this year and contributed over 50% of the year's overall corporate bond growth, reflecting rising capital demands driven by AI infrastructure investments.
