Pi Raises $25M Series A Led by Third Point Ventures; Ex-Microsoft, Tesla Executives Back Cybersecurity AI Startup

According to Forbes, Pi, an Israeli-American cybersecurity startup founded by ex-Microsoft and Tesla leaders, raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Third Point Ventures on June 10, bringing total funding to approximately $35 million.

Co-founders Guy Arazi (CEO) and Yoni Ramon (CPO) developed an AI platform that analyzes code, cloud infrastructure, and communications to identify and patch vulnerabilities. Early customer Navan reported the product proposes fixes for 90% of reported bugs and reduces remediation time to minutes. Pi is also collaborating with xAI.
