Israeli Cybersecurity Firm Cyera Raises $600M at $12B Valuation, Led by Evolution Equity Partners

According to Reuters, Israeli cybersecurity firm Cyera raised $600 million on June 10, valuing the company at $12 billion in a round led by Evolution Equity Partners. Cyberstarts, Temasek, and existing investors including Accel, AT&T Ventures, Blackstone, Coatue, and Spark Capital also participated. The funding will support development of Cyera's data and AI security platform, which provides data security posture management tools to protect data across cloud, software-as-a-service, and hybrid environments. The valuation represents rapid growth from $3 billion in November 2024, $6 billion in June 2025, and $9 billion in Series F earlier in 2026. Founded in 2021, Cyera has more than $2 billion in total funding and has tripled annual recurring revenue for three consecutive years.
