According to HyperNorm AI, the India-based wealthtech startup has raised $2.2 million in a seed round co-led by Capital 2B and SenseAI Ventures, with participation from Boundless Ventures, iOPEX Technologies, and angel investors including Dr Amit Sheth and Bhavin Manek.
Founded in 2024 by Keyur Faldu and Peeyush Jain, HyperNorm AI builds decision intelligence software for registered investment advisers and wealth advisers. The platform monitors multi-asset portfolios, identifies client accounts requiring attention, and suggests actions aligned with investment mandates. The company has paying clients in the US, Singapore, and India, and plans to use the funding to accelerate product development, expand to the US and other markets, and strengthen its engineering and AI research teams.
