PancakeSwap LP Signs Malicious EIP-7702 Authorization, Loses $2.96M on July 23

According to BlockBeats and Specter monitoring, a long-inactive PancakeSwap liquidity provider (LP) lost approximately $2.96 million on July 23 after signing a malicious EIP-7702 authorization. Attackers removed about $1.48 million in BSC-USD and $1.48 million in BUSD liquidity from the victim, then converted the BUSD to ETH. Approximately $1.46 million has been transferred to Tornado Cash, with the remaining $1.48 million in USDT still held at the attacker's address.
