Oracle Beats Q4 Earnings, Adds $20B to Capital Raise Amid AI Buildout

Oracle reported better-than-expected fiscal Q4 results on Wednesday, with adjusted earnings per share of $2.11 versus $1.96 expected and revenue of $19.18 billion versus $19.10 billion forecast. The company also raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance to $8.05 per share and plans to raise $40 billion through debt and equity financing, including a previously announced $20 billion share sale.

Cloud infrastructure revenue surged 93% to $5.8 billion in the quarter, while total cloud offerings increased 47% to $9.91 billion. Oracle's remaining performance obligation reached $638 billion, up 363% year-over-year.
