According to ChainCatcher, NVIDIA technology now powers over 400 of the world's 500 fastest supercomputers, accounting for 81% market share, according to the latest TOP500 and Green500 rankings unveiled at the International Supercomputing Conference in Hamburg. The company's technology dominates newly ranked systems, with 90% adoption rate.
The Green500 efficiency rankings showed even stronger NVIDIA dominance, with the top 8 systems all powered by NVIDIA GPUs. The KAIROS system based on Grace Hopper architecture ranks first, while systems based on the new Blackwell architecture (B200 and GB200) appeared for the first time in this ranking.
