Nvidia Banned AI Chips Double in Price on China Black Market, DGX B300 Hits $1.1M

According to Financial Times on June 24, Nvidia's banned artificial intelligence chips have more than doubled in price on China's black market over the past six months amid strict U.S. export controls. The DGX B300 server, equipped with eight Blackwell GPUs, has surged from 4 million yuan to over 8 million yuan ($1.1 million), compared to approximately $400,000 in regular U.S. retail pricing. The RTX 6000 Pro graphics card used by large language model startups has also jumped from around 50,000 yuan in early 2026 to as high as 130,000 yuan. Both products are strictly prohibited from export to China under U.S. chip control regulations.
