Intuit Cuts 3,000 Jobs, 17% of Workforce, in Shift Toward AI

According to a memo from CEO Sasan Goodarzi, US software company Intuit is cutting approximately 3,000 jobs today, representing 17% of its global workforce. The restructuring is designed to simplify the company's structure and redirect resources toward AI development.

Intuit had 18,200 employees worldwide as of July 2025. The company reported $4.65 billion in revenue for the quarter ended January.
