Houthi Forces Attack Saudi Aramco Facilities with Ballistic Missiles and Drones on July 25

According to Houthi military spokesman Brigadier Yahya Saree, Iran-backed Houthi forces attacked two Aramco energy facilities in Saudi Arabia's Jizan and Yanbu on July 25 in retaliation for Saudi air strikes. The spokesman said forces used 10 ballistic missiles and drones to target the Jizan facility, and employed ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones against the Yanbu facility. Both coastal cities host critical oil infrastructure of Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil company.

Saree warned that the maritime blockade of Saudi Arabia would continue, describing it as a response to ongoing Saudi blockade and invasion. He stated the Houthis would not hesitate to escalate military operations and increase response levels in the coming hours or days, emphasizing a principle of "blockade for blockade, escalation for escalation."
