Hana Life Decides to Issue 150 Billion Won Subordinated Bonds on July 23

According to industry sources, Hana Life held a board meeting on July 23 and decided to issue subordinated bonds worth 150 billion won to strengthen its solvency ratio. The coupon rate and detailed conditions are yet to be finalized.

Meanwhile, Hana Fire & Marine issued 100 billion won in subordinated bonds at 6.20% coupon on June 29. Both moves are aimed at maintaining their K-ICS (Korean Integrated Capital Solvency Ratio) requirements under regulatory standards.
