Dollar-Won 1-Month NDF Declines to 1,504.90 Won on July 10 as USD Weakens

According to Yonhapinfomax, the dollar-won 1-month NDF (Non-Deliverable Forward) declined to 1,504.90 won (MID) on July 10, down 0.05 won from Seoul's previous spot close of 1,506.10 won. Bid was quoted at 1,504.70 won with ask at 1,505.10 won.

The U.S. dollar weakened amid expectations that military tensions between the U.S. and Iran could ease in the near term, according to Axios and CNN. Israeli forces are expected to withdraw from southern Lebanon within days, and mediators Pakistan and Qatar are working to bring both nations back to post-war negotiation talks. International oil prices declined, adding downward pressure on the dollar index, which closed at 100.923. The dollar-yen exchange rate stood at 162.358 yen, while the euro-dollar rate reached 1.14294 dollars.
