China's FAW to Deepen Partnerships with Huawei and Baidu on Autonomous Driving and Chips, Per Changchun Plan

According to Changchun's automotive industry development plan released recently, the city will support China FAW to deepen strategic partnerships with Huawei, Baidu, and iFLYTEK on autonomous driving and intelligent connectivity. The collaborations will focus on key technologies including all-solid-state batteries, multi-domain fusion chips, autonomous driving large models, and in-cabin interaction systems. FAW and the tech partners plan to establish joint innovation labs targeting level-3 and above autonomous driving, cloud-edge integrated architectures, and multi-modal interaction capabilities.
