China's Commodity Futures Open Mixed on May 28; Shipping, PTA Rise Over 2%

According to Guru Club, on May 28, China's commodity futures market opened with mixed performance. Seaborne freight Europe route, PTA, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), coking coal, p-xylene, and short-fiber polymers rose more than 2%, while coke gained nearly 2% and bottle-grade polyester chip added over 1%. Conversely, silver futures fell over 2%, while crude oil (SC), low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) declined nearly 2%, and gold futures, fuel oil, aluminum, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), asphalt, and natural rubber futures slid nearly 1%.
