China Commerce Ministry to Implement Foreign Investment Re-investment Incentive Policies

According to Commerce Ministry vice minister Yan Dong on May 26, China will implement incentive policies encouraging foreign enterprises to reinvest in the domestic market. The ministry will ensure equal treatment for foreign investors in government procurement, bidding activities, and consumer-related initiatives. Support measures include establishing regular roundtable meetings with foreign enterprises, updating priority foreign investment project lists, and launching service initiatives to ensure foreign businesses "are willing to come, want to stay, and can develop well" in China.
