Binance Partners with STOP THE TRAFFIK to Combat Human Trafficking via Crypto

Binance announced Thursday that it partnered with nonprofit STOP THE TRAFFIK to strengthen its ability to identify and investigate cryptocurrency activity linked to human trafficking and child exploitation. The exchange will receive specialized intelligence, training, and insights from the UK group's Centre for Intelligence-Led Prevention, along with intelligence sharing and staff training to enhance compliance and financial crime detection capabilities.

The collaboration comes as Binance bolsters its compliance operations amid ongoing scrutiny of its sanctions controls.
