According to Arkham, the blockchain intelligence firm recently identified and publicly mapped two Tron wallets connected to Iran’s Central Bank (Bank Markazi), collectively holding approximately $344 million in frozen USDT. The wallets were previously sanctioned in April by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control and linked to activities involving the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force and Hezbollah.

The frozen stablecoin funds were restricted by Tether following U.S. authorities’ requests. Arkham has consolidated the wallets into a searchable entity page to assist analysts and investigators in monitoring related transaction flows and tracing associated addresses.
