A survey of 1,100 active US users on CEX.IO shows that 36% have reduced their daily expenses due to market downturns, and 10% have made sacrifices to maintain their positions; 37% have delayed purchases, and 21% have postponed major financial plans. Bitcoin is currently about 40% below its 2025 high and has not yet entered the 2022 bear market levels. 73% are maintaining long-term strategies, and 79% plan to hold or increase their positions over the next six months.

CryptoWorld News reports that AAVE Labs, Kelp DAO, and others have requested Arbitrum DAO to release 30,765.67 ETH to support the recovery plan for the Kelp DAO vulnerability. These assets were frozen by the Arbitrum Security Council because they are associated with the attacker, and are currently valued at about $71 million based on the current Ethereum price. The proposal directs the funds to DeFi United, aiming to help restore the economic support for RETH. If the recovery plan cannot continue as expected, the authors said they would return to Arbitrum governance to seek further instructions. On X, Kelp DAO said, “For every ETH released, RETH holders get closer to full recovery.” The proposal also mentions that the attacker deposited 89,567 RETH as collateral on AAVE and borrowed 82,650 WETH and 821 WSTETH. AAVE confirmed
