Yuga Labs Rescued 68 NFTs Worth $500,000 From Flooring Protocol Exploit on June 8

According to Yuga Labs CEO Michael Figge, on June 8, the company completed a whitehat operation rescuing 68 blue-chip NFTs worth over $500,000 from an active exploit in Flooring Protocol. The rescued assets include 29 Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs, four Mutant Apes, two CryptoPunks, one Azuki, and others, now held in Yuga Labs' custody pending return to original owners. The operation was funded by GrailsOTC, Yuga Labs' over-the-counter trading desk, which deployed capital to extract at-risk assets before additional attackers could exploit the same vulnerability. VP of Blockchain 0xQuit led the on-chain recovery effort, identifying a second broader vulnerability that exposed additional NFT pools not yet touched by the initial attacker.
