According to PANews and on-chain analyst Yiji, whale 'lovelystuff' earned $1.15 million in profit after placing a $10.44 million bet on the Euro Cup final on Polymarket on May 31. Paris Saint-Germain defeated Arsenal on penalties in the final, though the match ended 1–1 after regular time. Since Polymarket settles based on the score during regular time and injury time, the whale's $7.18 million bet against PSG winning paid out, generating $4.41 million in gains. However, the whale's separate bets on Arsenal winning the final and winning the championship totaled $3.26 million and returned zero, resulting in a net profit of $1.15 million.
