U.S. Heat Wave to Drive Cooling Demand; Temperatures Expected to Hit 100°F in Late June

According to Commodity Weather Group LLC, weather models for late June and early July show temperatures higher than expected, driving increased cooling demand across the U.S. Washington, D.C. is forecast to reach 97°F (36°C) on Thursday, New York City 95°F, Philadelphia 97°F on Friday, and Dallas is expected to touch 100°F on Wednesday.
