U.S. Exploration Company to Invest Up to $200M for 50% Stake in Venezuela Gold Project

According to Bloomberg, Augusta Capital Corp. has signed an agreement with a company owned by mining veteran Richard Warke to advance the Siembra Minera gold project in Venezuela. Under the deal, Augusta Capital will have the option to acquire a 50% stake in Gold Reserve Ltd.'s project by investing up to $200 million in development funding.
