U.S. Dollar Index Rises 0.29% to 98.813 on May 14 as USD Strengthens Against Major Peers

According to Jin10, the U.S. Dollar Index rose 0.29% to 98.813 on May 14 as the U.S. currency strengthened against major peers. The euro declined to 1.1677 from 1.1707 USD per euro, while sterling fell to 1.3405 from 1.3516 USD per pound. The Japanese yen appreciated to 158.19 from 157.90 per dollar, the Swiss franc rose to 0.7834 from 0.7823, the Canadian dollar strengthened to 1.3724 from 1.3716, and the Swedish krona climbed to 9.3495 from 9.3279 per U.S. dollar.
