U.S. 10-Year Treasury Yields Fall 5.13 Basis Points; 2-Year TIPS Rise 6.63 Basis Points on June 16

On Tuesday (June 16), U.S. 10-year Treasury yields fell 5.13 basis points to 4.4217%, while 30-year yields declined 5.31 basis points to 4.9274%, led by longer-dated bonds. The moves accelerated following the Treasury Department's disclosure of auction results at 01:00 UTC, with the 10-year yield hitting a daily low of 4.4178%.

10-year TIPS yields fell 1.83 basis points to 2.1158%, while two-year TIPS yields rose 6.63 basis points to 1.7249%, reflecting a steepening real rate curve in the front end.
