UAE Schools Resume In-Person Classes on May 11 After Security Tensions

According to the UAE Ministry of Education, schools and universities will resume in-person classes on May 11 following a temporary shift to remote learning. On May 4, amid regional security tensions, all schools nationwide switched to remote instruction through May 8 after the country reported coming under missile and drone attacks from Iran. This marks the first such incident since the U.S.-Iran temporary ceasefire.
