According to BlockBeats, on June 4, Treehouse announced its on-chain benchmark rate TESR (Treehouse Ethereum Staking Rate) has integrated with Euler, launching the first fixed-rate lending market anchored to an on-chain benchmark rate.

Users can borrow WETH using tETH or wstETH as collateral, with borrowing rates locked at the beginning of each monthly cycle based on TESR's 30-day consensus rate and held constant throughout the cycle. The initial markets include tETH/WETH and wstETH/WETH pairs, managed by DeFi vault manager KPK.
