According to Reuters, Taiwan's National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology unveiled three armed robotic patrol dog units on June 4, designed for reconnaissance, surveillance, and site security. The military-run institute, fitted Ghost Robotics' four-legged systems with custom add-on equipment, including a variant carrying a gun mounted on its back.
