Foxconn and Intel Partner on AI Data Center Infrastructure on June 4

Foxconn (2317-TW) and Intel (INTC-US) announced a partnership on June 4 to develop artificial intelligence infrastructure targeting data center expansion and performance challenges. The companies will co-develop server racks built around Intel processors and AI accelerator architecture, addressing growing demands for computing power, interconnect technology, and thermal efficiency driven by expanding AI models and inference workloads. Intel will provide processor architecture and chip technology, while Foxconn contributes global manufacturing scale and system integration capabilities. The collaboration also extends to edge computing and Physical AI applications including robotics and autonomous vehicles.
