On July 25, SpaceX's Starship completed its 13th test flight and successfully deployed 20 operational third-generation Starlink V3 satellites, marking the company's first Starship mission since going public on Nasdaq in June. The test validated key objectives including satellite deployment, antenna and solar panel extension, and booster recovery.

Each V3 satellite offers 1 Tbps downlink capacity, approximately 10.7 times higher than V2 Mini. A fully loaded Starship can carry 60 V3 satellites, delivering 60 Tbps per launch—equivalent to 40 Falcon 9 flights, according to SpaceX data.
