According to Maeil Business Newspaper, SpaceX will release its first earnings report as a public company on August 4, with partial lock-up restrictions on 911.5 million shares held by employees and early investors lifted two days later on August 6. The restrictions cover approximately 20% of all lock-up shares, valued at over $110 billion at current prices.

On July 21, SpaceX shares rose 3.08% to close at $123.54, rebounding after eight trading days but remaining below the IPO offering price of $135. Analysts point to investor concerns over earnings quality, particularly regarding Starlink subscriber growth and rocket launch service revenue sustainability amid heavy AI and Starship investments. SpaceX's Starship test flight has been rescheduled for July 23 after an engine issue forced a delay from July 16.
