According to Binance Pre-IPO data, SpaceX IPO pre-trading contracts fell 2.83% in 24 hours as of June 6, trading at $164.21 with $92.09 million in daily volume. The offering has attracted $150 billion in investor subscriptions, double the targeted fundraising amount.

Analysts questioned the $1.75 trillion valuation, noting SpaceX would need to grow annual revenue from $18.7 billion in 2025 to approximately $1.1 trillion by 2035, requiring roughly 50% average annual growth over the decade.
