The Nasdaq 100 rose 0.6%, led by semiconductor gainers: SanDisk surged 22.2%, Micron jumped 15%, and Applied Materials, Teradyne, KLA, Lam Research, and ASML each advanced over 4%. High-end tech stocks diverged sharply, with Apple falling 6%, Palantir dropping 5.5%, and Amazon, Microsoft, and Arm sinking over 3%, while Qualcomm gained 3.7%.
