SK Hynix Plans U.S. IPO as Early as August, Targeting Potential $14B Raise

According to Reuters, SK Hynix plans to list American depositary receipts (ADRs) in the United States as early as August 2026, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) expected to approve the listing application around the week of June 22. The South Korean chipmaker disclosed in March that it had confidentially submitted the U.S. listing application. Industry sources indicated the offering could potentially raise up to $14 billion.
