According to an announcement on May 26, Shijia Photonics decided to terminate its acquisition of Dongguan Fukeximatong Communications Technology Co., Ltd. via stock issuance and cash payment. The deal was halted as the parties could not reach consensus on transaction terms, pricing, and performance commitments. The company committed not to plan any major asset restructuring for at least one month from the disclosure date.
