Shenjizhiyao Pharmaceuticals Submits Hong Kong IPO Application on June 25, Eyes CNS Drug Leadership

According to Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosures on June 25, Shenjizhiyao Pharmaceuticals submitted its Hong Kong main board initial public offering (IPO) application with JPMorgan, CITIC Securities and HSBC as joint sponsors. The specialty pharmaceutical company focuses on central nervous system (CNS), pain management and allergy treatment in China, leveraging core products including Keppra (levetiracetam), Vimpat (lacosamide) and Xyzal (levocetirizine). In 2025, its first full operating year as a consolidated entity, the company reported total revenue of 1.32 billion yuan with a net profit of 153 million yuan.
